If you are a pharmacy owner and you forgot your password to the main pharmacy admin panel, you will have to contact Simpilli/PharmaSimpilli administration to reset your password. We will need to verify your identity. You can reach us at [email protected].
If you forgot your password for individual pharmacist admin panel or the PharmaSimpilli app, you can contact your pharmacy owner. Pharmacy owner can Edit the pharmacist or driver profile and change the password to a new password.

You can tap on the sort icon on the top right of the 'Orders' screen and then select your preference.
